GOALS

As an Instructional Designer, my goal is to support organization's need by using learner-focused and performance-driven approaches to improve instruction and training outcome.

I am aware this means I need to keep developing relevant skills in order to succeed; especially interpersonal abilities, communication, facilitation, networking and collaboration skills.

In order to achieve my goals and even beyond, some of the ideas and skills I continue to apply and develop are:
